Michael Hallinan came to Laguna Beach 35 years ago to finsh art school at the Southern California School of Art and Design, located on Lagun Canyon Road.  In 1988, he was the only living artist to have his artwork re-created for the Pageant of the Masters.  Michael still resides in Laguna Beach, CA, but travels back to Hawaii each year to recapture and paint landscapes of his youth.
