On every product page you will find our best guess for the estimated shipping time. Some products stocked at our store are available to ship out within 2 business days, and some products and made-to-order items will ship directly from our artisans to you. Our goal is to have your new treasures to you as soon as possible, but items ordered together may ship from separate locations on different days. Estimates noted on the product page refer to how long it will take to ready the item(s) for shipping. Depending on the ship-to location, you should add on another 3-7 business days for delivery times (standard shipping).
Some times we sell through products faster than we can planned, and they may be temporarily out of stock or on backorder. It happens. Never fear, in the instance of such a situation, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. We'll let you know the revised shipping date, and let you decide if you want to modify, cancel or keep your order as is.
For online orders, Tuvalu ships to the US only. Our apologies, but we are currently unable to ship to PO boxes.
We haven’t forgotten about our many world traveling international customers! If you are wanting to have gift and smaller decor items shipped to you abroad, please email email@example.com for a quote. Larger freight shipped items may not be able to ship internationally.
Some of our favorite collections and products ship for free! If an item has "Free Shipping" or "Free Freight Shipping", it will be noted on both the category and product pages. Free Shipping applies ONLY to the items indicated, and not to the entire order. As an example, if you have ordered multiple items that have "Free Shipping," and several items that do not, you will ONLY be billed shipping charges based on the subtotal of the item(s) in your basket that ship out via regular ground delivery.
*Note that items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are excluded from "Free Shipping" promotions, and will be charged ship prices as noted in the tables below.
Smaller items ship via US Postal Service or UPS Ground, and the carrier will be specified at the time the order ships out to you. Shipping rates are determined by the order total amount as determined below. Items that are noted as "Free Shipping" will be excluded from the order total when calculating ship prices. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional ship charges as noted below. Sorry, products noted as "Free Shipping" do not ship for free when delivered to an Alaska or Hawaii addresses, and shipping rates will be calculated based on the order total for AK/HI shipping rates noted below.

• Standard shipping orders typically take 3-7 business days from the date the items were shipped in the continental US.
Expedited shipping via the US Postal Service is only offered for select items currently in stock. Please refer to the product page to see if the product is eligible for expedited shipping. You will be notified within 48 hrs if we are not able to fulfill your request. Items being drop shipped from our suppliers are not eligible for expedited delivery. Large items such as custom upholstery, case-goods and lighting are also not available for expedited delivery.
Furniture and large, bulky items will be delivered via freight shipping method, with shipping rates based on the price of the individual product. Freight shipped products will be indicated on shipping info tab of the product page, along with the shipping price category. Standard shipping costs will be 10% of the product price, but some collections may have 7% shipping, or even "Free Freight Shipping" rates. Please refer to the chart below for rates for delivery rates to Alaska or Hawaii.

Tuvalu will work with our artisans to coordinate the freight shipping delivery, contacting you for information as the delivery day nears. Once picked up from our artisans, freight delivery may take up to 2 weeks to arrive to you. Deliveries are usually scheduled for weekdays between the hours of 9am-5pm. It is essential that you be on hand for receipt and inspection of your freight shipped item(s). Any damages should be reported to us immediately, before signing for receipt of the merchandise, as claims must be made within 48 hours. Standard Freight delivery usually includes bringing the product to your doorstep but does not include bringing it inside, up flights of stairs, or removing any packaging material.
For special delivery requirements, White Glove Shipping may be available for an additional charge. Please refer to the shipping info tab on the product page for availability. White Glove Freight Shipping often includes bringing the product(s) into your home, up one flight of stairs, removing and disposing of the packing materials and placing the item(s) in the room where desired.

Emily is our store manager, and will work her best magic to tray and save you some bucks on freight shipping costs. Every little bit helps!
Items which are heavier than normal or require special packaging (ex: large rugs, extra heavy items, mirrors, chandeliers, etc) may incur a delivery surcharge in addition to the standard shipping price. If required, this amount will be clearly marked on the product page.
We do our best to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible, all in one piece and looking better than you ever imagined. But... accidents happen. If what you received was not what you ordered, or if an item arrived damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We have noted what we believe to be reasonable estimates of expected delivery times for all products, but shipping times are out of our control, and damages may occur during transit.Call or email us with the details immediately, and we will do our darndest to set things right.
